In working with an Ayurvedic practitioner you discover your unique constitution based on these elements, and other lifestyle factors, to determine nutrition and lifestyle choices that are appropriate for your unique body/mind.

An important goal of Ayurveda is to identify a person’s unique prakruti – ideal state of balance, determine patterns of imbalance (vikruti), and offer guidance in the best diet, herbs, aromatherapy, cleansing, massage treatments, music, yoga, and meditation to reestablish inner balance and harmony.
